Beautiful selection, friendly and knowledgeable owner :)
ZJ Trade is a beautiful store with so many unique items from the Middle East; if I could afford it, I would buy the whole store if I could! From the gorgeous, intricate lights and lamps, unique agate clocks, and ceramic pieces, I ended up buying a beguiling perfume from its rich collection; though it was difficult to choose from the intoxicating selection of fragrances. I bought the perfume "Zaharat Al Layali" which came in a stunning bottle and box (if someone could remind me what this is translated to in English, that would be great!). The owner even gave me a generous discount and was equivalently generous with his time in helping me select the perfect scent for me. He also gave my son a free, small vial of Fifa-themed cologne and printed his name on the bottle, which to our surprise was a lovely personalized touch and such a magnanimous gesture. Jasim is extraordinarily kind and knowledgeable about the world of perfumes and colognes from his experience in Dubai; he truly goes the extra mile in his customer service. I will definitely be returning to this store in which its atmosphere transports you to a real Turkish bazaar in every enchanting direction you look. This is a gem in downtown Whitby that you cannot miss out on! Thank you Jasim, and my review from my son is this short and sweet quote: "10 out of 10 service, the store is cool, and Jasim is cool." :)
Had a great experience at ZJ Trade! We purchased two fragrances that smell amazing and truly last all day. The owner was incredibly friendly, never pushy, and took the time to explain the different scents so we could find the perfect ones. If you're looking for quality fragrances and excellent customer service, we definitely recommend stopping by!

If possible I would like to return or exchange however I understand that an open cologne looses value. Unfortunately when I went home and sprayed Reve De Rouge it is to Oud heavy for my style which I was unable to smell in store due to how Oud heavy the fragrances in the store are making me nose blind.
